“BalletBarre is a gentle class using a mix of techniques (Mat Pilates, PBT and Ballet) to give you a full body and mind workout that will leave you feeling lengthened and toned.
Mat/PBT exercises are part of the warm-up before moving onto the Barre work. Classical music is used to perform the various exercises making it a relaxing class.
Ballet technique helps loosening up joints, gain flexibility and enhances poise and elegance. Regular BalletBarre workouts will improve your suppleness, coordination, posture, balance and focus.
Beginner BalletBarre classes run every Monday 10.00 – 11.00 AM at PSLC and are suitable to all adults regardless of age and ability. No previous dance experience is necessary.”
