The Olympic sport of Judo has been in the PSLC for over 30 years.
We have classes for children, aged 6 and upwards and adults.
Training times:
Juniors - Monday & Thursday 6pm
Seniors - Monday & Thursday 7pm.
Head coach is Ray Stears, 6th Dan affilaited to the Irish Judo Association.
