Red indicates an Advanced Class that will have more challenging exercise selection and the rest times/weights lifted will be more intense for those looking to Really push themselves

Orange indicates an Intermediate level class, movement choice will be a little more accessible with it being down to you if you push the limits on the weight (Meaning if you want to go hard you can!)

Purple is open to all levels of fitness journey, if its your first day in our classes you will be able for everything and again if you’re one of our seasoned class goers.. you can pick up a heavier weight and do more reps

Green sessions are focused on being lower intensity Mobility & Pilates sessions are a chance to slow things down and give your body some active recovery and improve the quality of your movement capacity (You are not there to burn calories)

Yellow is covering our Spin sessions to make it easy for our Spin Kings & Queens to spot their favourite class! In terms of intensity spin is very open to how hard you are able to work, if you’re new.. come in and start slow, if you want to win the Tour de France show us what you are made of!
