Great News! Pool Roof Replacement Works Are About to Begin
As many of you will know, we've now secured the initial funding required to begin the replacement of the pool roof and the wider refurbishment of the pool area.
We're delighted to confirm that work will begin shortly, marking a major milestone in our journey to reopen the pool later this year. Over the coming months, we'll be sharing regular updates, photos and progress reports as the project takes shape. Facilities within the club will continue to operate as normal including the gym, dance studio, squash court, coffee shop and the bar and restaurant area.
A Quick Heads Up About the Car Park
To allow these works to be carried out safely, a section of the PSLC car park will need to be temporarily closed. This will provide the space required for contractors, specialist equipment and large cranes, while ensuring the safety of our members, visitors, staff and everyone working on site.
We'll keep the affected area as small as possible and do everything we can to minimise disruption throughout the project.
Full details, including a map of the temporary car park closures, will be shared shortly on our website, Facebook and Instagram pages, so please keep an eye out.
In the meantime, we'd really appreciate your support. During this amazing weather we’re having, please consider walking or cycling where possible and safe to do so. Those able to carpool or use Dublin Bus – with stops directly outside the facility – would all help to reduce the pressure on parking spaces.
