Our vision is to bring ExWell to every community in Ireland and to make it accessible to everyone who would benefit from participating.
Did you know that a large proportion of the disability and un-wellness that comes with any long-term illness is caused by becoming deconditioned and unfit because of lack of exercise? The ExWell programme, delivered in community settings, helps to fix this problem. Our programme is safe, supervised, supportive and really enjoyable because of the rich social interaction of group classes.
No matter what your illness is or how bad it is or how long you have had it, you can try ExWell and we will do our very best to make it work for you.
ExWell Medical, formed in 2019, is a rapidly growing, not-for-profit social enterprise that has over 12,000 in-person participant visits per week across 64 centres. We have a wonderful team of over 70 dedicated, passionate and creative professionals. We work closely with the HSE and with GPs and other health care professionals.
Our programme has proven impact and we are immensely privileged and proud to be helping to change the face of community based chronic illness rehabilitation in Ireland.

Please note that membership of any Club @ The PSLC is separate from membership of Portmarnock Sports & Leisure Club itself. Individual clubs operate independently and manage their own memberships, activities and fees. PSLC memberships provide access to club facilities and member benefits offered by the PSLC, while club memberships relate specifically to participation in that club’s activities and programmes.
We’re raising funds to replace the roof of our pool and restore the PSLC for all.
