Here at Martello Fitness, we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel, just do so at least 12 hours before your class. That is an early cancel, and we can refund the money back to your account. However, if you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or fail to turn up to the class you will be charged. We do this to keep things fair and give others a chance to book in. So just be mindful and try to book with intention. This policy applies to paid classes. Additionally, we do ask you to cancel any class you cannot attend as spaces are limited even if it is included in your membership package.
