Alex has raised a remarkable €1,250 for the PSLC pool fundraiser by completing a sponsored silence.
On Friday, 30 October, Alex met Brian Staunton, Chairman of the PSLC, to present his cheque. Alex’s proud mother and brother joined him for the occasion.
Alex is an enthusiastic swimmer who is keen to get back in the pool. He decided to complete a sponsored silence on Monday October 19. While he found it challenging, Alex was delighted to make it through the entire school day in silence. His effort has brought us closer to reopening and welcoming him back.
Thank you, Alex, and everyone who supported your challenge. The PSLC team and the wider community is incredibly grateful.
